I've been looking for this pair of Cornwallis since Allen Edmonds (AE) doesn't appear to make them anymore. Before I purchased the shoes Amazon had them advertised this particular color/size as having minor imperfections of which I was willing to accept given the fact that they are really hard to find and had them in my size. Upon receiving the shoes it was clear the shoes are what AE considers "Factory Second" type of shoes. Meaning they are not up to their quality standards. There were a few minors scratches on the sole and the imperfections on the leather. Thankfully, these things I can live with and fix myself with commercially available products. I own a few AE shoes and I can clearly see the difference.
