Maybe I'm silly for buying a Lacoste shoe with the intention of using them for jogging despite these shoes being called the Joggeur. These are more of a fashion sneaker than a running shoe per se. I wouldn't run long distances in these shoes, but since I can't run very far, these'll do nicely. I wouldn't use these for cross-training either (at least for leg exercises such as squats).All Lacoste shoes I've owned have been pretty narrow, these are no exception. Keep your toenails trimmed. The factory insoles aren't bad but I replaced them with ones for arch support/plantar fasciitis/shin splints due to having historical issues. Similarly, I've had this brand of shoe before and generally recommend going up a half of a size from your usual size. That is, I wear a 10.5 in most brands, but ordered an 11. Last thing, I think these shoes are over-priced. I'm keeping them because I have a penchant for Lacoste and will pretty much only use them for jogging (so they will last me a long time).
